Sharon LaPointe, Chair of the Advisory Council, has been a resident of Williamstown Township since 1995. After retiring from the practice of law in June 2017, she sought a way to increase community involvement and service. The nonprofit Sowing Growth and the Market not only fit these objectives to a tee, but also resonated with Sharon’s love of farmers markets. After serving on the Sowing Growth Board from 2018-2024, including three terms as President, she joined the Advisory Council in February 2025 to continue her work in service to Sowing Growth and the Market.
